Safe Travels

Have you ever been on a motorcycle? It's hard to explain just what it feels like. In one word: Freedom. The past 2 weekends have been spent riding around New England, enjoying the fresh, warm air and fall foliage... being free. I continuously have to tell myself that eventually the ride will end, the darkness and cold will come and it will be yet another memory. From petrified to absolutely obsessed.

On saturday, Gabe and I met up with his friends Rogaa and Dom to ride to Wachusett mountain in Massachusetts. The scenery was beautiful, as was the view from the top of the mountain. We went out again yesterday too, and it was perfect. The weather has been substantially warm, an Indian Summer type of thing. It reminds me that I'm not yet ready for the cold, being trapped..

View Rogaa's take on the weekend and more photos here on his blog.

How many boys does it take to read a map? = Three

We stopped for a break and met these folks; The woman loved Gabe's bike!

Love how those came out

My sunday morning included a White Chocolate Mocha from Starbucks and a little Lily pup on my lap for the drive!

Basically impossible to get a good shot on a moving bike but hey, we tried, and I laugh everytime
